Each of the nine large squares contains its own tic tac toe game. Win three large squares in a row to win the match.

Your move sends the next player to the matching large square. For example, playing the bottom-right small square sends them to the bottom-right large square.

The playable board is highlighted. If that board is already won or tied, the next player can choose any available board.

A tied mini-board belongs to neither player. X goes first; in 1 PLAYER mode you and the computer alternate who starts each round.
